I have no idea where I got this recipe from but its insanely delicious. And I make it every week. Im not even kidding. Its so quick, cheap easy. And pretty healthy too. YAY!
And here is it:
Texas Beans
1 can chick peas
1 can black beans
1 can kidney beans
1 can corn
You can add and change any of these depending on what you have or what you can eat.
1 cup chopped tomatoe
3 spring onions chopped
juice of 4 limes
Caynne pepper, salt and garlic salt to taste.
Avocado. Im an Avo lover. So I add LOADS. But any amount is good 🙂
Drain all canned things, put in a bowl. Add tomato, onions and dressing made from pepper, sale, lime juice and garlic. Pour over beans and mix. Add avo last. Keep in the fridge and serve cold. Its keeps for a while.. Altho I have never tested how long.. I eat it all in the first day:)
